ABOUT THIS ROLE

St. Michael's is hiring a Program Manager to support an Intelligence Community (IC) client. As the Program Manager, you will provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and quality assurance over the entire project. This role includes managing all aspects of performance-technical and administrative-while ensuring efficient use of resources. Our core value of

WHO YOU ARE

Active

Top-Secret SCI with CI Poly

A minimum of ten years of project management experience managing complex projects, providing highly specialized administrative support services to senior executive level personnel

Possess excellent communication skills, being able to communicate effectively and often with senior government officials and their staff

Behave professionally and ethically; be responsive, consistent, and produce high quality work products.

Desired Qualifications

Master's Degree in Business Management, Program Management, or related field.

Active Program Management Professional (PMP) or similar Program Management certification

Prior experience managing complex programs within the Intelligence Community.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Providing on-site leadership, supervision, and management of contractor personnel

Work with the COR to create efficient and effective teams across the organization; addressing issues that affect timely and effective delivery of services

Serve as a single point of contact for the COR; keep government POCs regularly informed of the status of personnel actions

Participate in the interview process of any potential candidate for the contract

Establish, implement, maintain, and document appropriate onboarding processing and training materials

Develop and maintain continuity of services materials for daily operations
