Senior Quantity Surveyor/Contract Specialist (Contract role)

Job Description: Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQ) for construction projects. Prepare Enquiry for procurement and align specification with discipline engineers for selection and approval by management. Prepare and submit tender documents, including pricing, contracts, and technical submissions. Administer and manage main contracts and subcontracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions. Handle variations, claims, and final accounts in accordance with contract provisions. Liaise with Procurement, Legal, consultants, and GC on contractual matters. Verify monthly progress claims, cost reports, and cash flow projections. Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. Job Requirements : Minimum 5 years of experience as Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry, preferably with an

A1 main contractor. Min Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. Proficient in

cost estimation, contract administration, and project financial management. Strong knowledge of

construction contracts and procurement. Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Proficient in QS software and Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-oriented , proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.
