This position focuses on defending and litigating a wide array of labor and employment-related disputes, including discrimination, harassment, and contract issues, while offering expert legal counsel to employers. The ideal candidate will have experience in employment law or commercial litigation and a strong commitment to high-quality client service. Duties: Defend and litigate lawsuits related to labor and employment claims, including discrimination and agency charges. Advise and counsel clients on various employment and labor law matters. Represent employers in legal proceedings, including court appearances, administrative hearings, mediations, and arbitrations. Handle complex cases, such as class actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, employment torts, and non-compete agreements. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in employment law or commercial litigation. Strong knowledge of employment law and legal procedures. Current admission to the Ohio Bar in good standing. Familiarity with state and federal agency procedures. Proven ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality work. Ability to work well in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
