Are you a System Administrator with MSP experience looking to take on diverse technical challenges and make a visible impact? A high-performing IT consulting team is hiring a System Administrator to support small and midsize businesses as they modernize their infrastructure through cloud computing, network optimization, and cybersecurity. In this hybrid, client-facing position, you will support, maintain, and enhance IT systems across a wide range of environments. From day-to-day troubleshooting to long-term infrastructure improvements, youll help drive technical excellence and build lasting client relationships. Responsibilities Serve as a technical escalation point for desktop, server, and infrastructure issues Manage and support Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive Administer Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Group Policy Troubleshoot network issues involving DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and RADIUS Respond to malware, virus, and spyware incidents Provide end-user support and assist with helpdesk operations as needed Contribute to system optimization and infrastructure improvement efforts Work directly with clients to align IT solutions with business goals Qualifications Minimum of 1 year working in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Windows Server technologies Solid understanding of networking protocols and services Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset Excellent communication skills and a client-centered approach Compensation and Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance with options for individuals and families 401(k) with company match Paid time off and paid holidays Certification reimbursement and training opportunities Seniority level
