Manager, Process/Projects Engineer
for its manufacturing and innovation facility in Wexford Town. This facility is part of The Coca-Cola Business System, the world's largest beverage company, featuring brands like Coca-Cola Zero Sugar, Fanta, Sprite, and Diet Coke. Responsibilities
This role is a key member of the FMW Engineering Group, managing projects, process improvements, R&D initiatives, process development, scale-up activities, and providing manufacturing support. Key areas include: Process Safety:
Maintaining standards within an Upper Tier HSA Seveso establishment. Flavour Manufacturing Expertise:
Knowledge of separation, filtration, and blending processes. Sustainability and Carbon Neutrality:
Contributing to sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives. Key Responsibilities
The role requires flexibility to undertake additional duties as needed, including: Preparing technical project proposals and budgets. Managing project execution within time and budget constraints. Overseeing external engineering firms and project phases. Driving technology transfer projects. Leading process improvement teams. Supporting R&D and process development activities. Providing process support to operations and technical teams. Collaborating on process enhancements and capital investment plans. Managing Management of Change activities. Interacting with regulatory agencies as needed. Maintaining engineering documentation and safeguarding proprietary information. Skills and Experience
Degree in Mechanical, Process, or Chemical Engineering. Over 10 years' experience in high-volume manufacturing environments. Proven leadership in managing large projects and budgets. Experience with design, construction management, and process automation systems. Knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and process control. Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills. What We Offer
