We’re looking for a confident, capable Employee Benefits Account Manager who knows how to keep clients happy and plans running smoothly. You’ll be the go-to person for day-to-day service and strategy support answering questions, solving issues, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You’ll also work closely with our Client Executive Team to support high-level client relationships, prepare deliverables, and ensure our service is seamless from every angle. If you’re someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and genuinely enjoys helping people navigate their benefits, you’ll fit right in with our team. What You’ll Be Doing: • Support our awesome clients (you probably know some) and handle day-to-day needs related to their employee benefits and wellbeing programs • Own and manage the entire process and lifecycle for a defined group of small and emerging growth businesses • Onboarding of new clients • Answer employee questions about benefits, big and small, with clarity, empathy, and speed • Coordinate renewals, open enrollment, and carrier communications with flawless follow-through • Maintain compliance documentation and track deadlines • Prepare collateral and present to client employees for open enrollment and other education initiatives • Use our Agency Management System to keep all the wheels turning smoothly • Stay active in the industry. We love people who are plugged in, learning, and showing up What We’re Looking For: • A self-starter with a proactive mindset and a service-first attitude • Benefits industry experience (3+ years direct employee benefits experience preferred) and a strong working knowledge of group health insurance and various components • Strong communicator—you can write a sharp email, hop on a call, and present like a pro • Tech savvy, comfortable with MS Office Suite, HCM systems (EX: ADP, Rippling), and learning new tools • Detail-obsessed, because we deal with real people’s health, finances, and peace of mind • Team player, we are radically collaborative to support our team first culture • Willingness to pack a bag and travel (occasionally) What You’ll Get: • Base Salary + Bonus + Commission opportunities • Health, dental, vision, and 401(k) • The chance to make a mark in a company that’s rewriting the rules of employee benefits • A flexible/unlimited PTO policy that supports your life outside of work • Amazing company events and retreats!
