About the Role The Associate Trade Marketing Manager will lead trade strategy development and implementation for categories/brands across key eCommerce, Dollar & Drug channels, focusing on the Auto Dish Category. Responsibilities include conducting analysis, developing shopper insights, monitoring the 4Ps, managing new product launches, and leading sales planning. The role also involves cross-functional teamwork to create new product offerings for the channel.
Responsibilities
Develop go-to-market strategies:
Create guidelines for trade strategies that provide sales teams with clear engagement rules for each 4P. Develop and implement programs aligned with sales, marketing, and brand initiatives. Must possess strong financial acumen to model ROI and support sales with materials and key account meetings.
Performance tracking and insights:
Monitor brand and innovation performance, identify opportunities, and collaborate with sales and marketing to optimize results. Understand and drive consumer and channel insights through research to inform category strategies.
Collaborate for growth:
Work with sales, planning, marketing, and finance teams to deliver revenue growth and market share gains. Represent customer viewpoints in project meetings and own the sales P&L. Identify opportunities to increase sales and optimize trade spend.
Qualifications
4-year college degree (MBA a plus)
At least 2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, including eCommerce
Strong commercial and P&L management skills
Excellent understanding of 4Ps go-to-market strategies
Analytical skills and proficiency with syndicated data tools (Microsoft Office, Nielsen/IRI, Numerator)
Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
Additional Information This role is hybrid and offers a salary range of USD $102,000 to $152,000, plus bonuses and comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k), parental leave, and more.
