Responsibilities Job Summary HonorHealth Foundation seeks a strategic, results-driven Campaign Manager to lead a comprehensive fundraising campaign aimed at curing diseases, saving lives, and transforming healthcare. The role involves managing all campaign aspects, coordinating with internal teams, donors, board members, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate has experience managing large-scale, multi-year campaigns and working with leadership and major donors. Essential Functions Campaign Leadership & Strategy:

Develop and implement a multi-year strategy with clear goals, benchmarks, and timelines. Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to drive campaign vision. Integrate major gifts, corporate partnerships, annual giving, grants, and planned giving. Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed. Fundraising & Donor Engagement:

Work with executive leaders and volunteers to cultivate and solicit gifts. Develop engagement strategies for top prospects and partners. Manage donor recognition and stewardship to foster long-term relationships. Operational & Team Management:

Lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and oversee prospect research. Collaborate on campaign materials, messaging, and events. Other duties as assigned. Education Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred. Experience 10+ years in fundraising, nonprofit leadership, or campaign management, with a proven track record in large-scale campaigns ($100M+ preferred). Expertise in major gifts, planned giving, corporate and foundation fundraising. Strong relationship-building, communication, project management, and analytical skills. Experience managing volunteers, boards, and teams. CFRE certification or equivalent; familiarity with healthcare philanthropy and capital campaigns; experience with CRM databases (Salesforce, Blackbaud, etc.) preferred.
