Duties
Represent employers in unfair labor practice charges at the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). Conduct research and draft legal documents. Advise employers on union organizing and corporate campaigns. Negotiate and advise on collective bargaining agreements. Handle grievance, arbitration, and unfair labor practice proceedings. Advise on wage and hour issues, leave management, and disability accommodations. Review handbooks, policies, and forms for legal compliance. Conduct management training on labor relations and workplace issues. Requirements
JD from an ABA-accredited law school. 4-6 years of experience in litigation or advisory roles. Traditional labor experience preferred. Experience in federal and/or California advice and counsel work preferred. CA Bar Admission required. Understanding of current state and federal agency enforcement techniques preferred. Education
JD from an ABA-accredited law school. Certifications
