Job Description Description : The primary function is working within Special Access Programs (SAPs) supporting Department of Defense (DoD) agencies, such as HQ Air Force, Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), and Military Compartments efforts. The position will provide "day-to-day" support for Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), and SAP activities. Performance shall include : Establish complex operational software configuration controls and system interfaces for assigned computer systems. Maintain file servers, firewalls, network access, security monitoring systems, and system documentation. Analyze and troubleshoot system anomalies to ensure optimal equipment performance. Prepare systems for operational use and support operational tests. Review, prepare, and update authorization packages. Notify customers when changes occur that might affect authorization accreditation. Conduct cybersecurity portions of self-inspections. Review and coordinate on all Bodies of Evidence for authorization packages. Identify vulnerabilities and implement countermeasures. Ensure information systems and network appliances are operated, maintained, and disposed of according to security policies. Perform Video Teleconferencing (VTC) system administration, scheduling, and configuration. Provide external information system client support. Create, modify, and delete accounts across multiple authorization boundaries. Perform help desk and troubleshooting activities. Configure, upgrade, and modify hardware/software systems. Patch systems and network appliances. Support government-issued laptops. Assist with media control and accountability activities. Manage COMSEC accounts and equipment activities. Requirements : Experience : 2-5 years of related experience. Prior experience as a System or Network Administrator. Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4 years). Certifications : Must meet DoD Directive 8570.01-M requirements for IA Technician Level I or IA Manager I within 6 months of hire. Security Clearance : Current Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility. Eligibility for access to SAP information. Willingness to undergo a Counterintelligence polygraph. Other Requirements : Thorough knowledge of Windows Server 2012R2, Exchange Server 2010/2016, Windows 7/10 OS, and hardware. Knowledge of LAN, WAN, data backup, and communication security (COMSEC). Familiarity with Risk Management Framework, Common Criteria, and security policies. Experience with PL2 systems. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly. #J-18808-Ljbffr
