Interview Process :

Role is 100% remote Candidates must be able to work 8:00 - 5:00 EST hours. Candidates should have the ability to analyze, use structured problem solving and available tools to troubleshoot systems in a critical environment, identify root cause, create action plans, and resolve issues. Scope of the project : The subject expert will focus on design and development of a CUI VDI environment, Windows systems and images, technical and engineering support, and one-on-one training for System Administrators. Daily Duties / Responsibilities : Mid-Senior level Citrix VDI Architect will provide level-2 and level-3 support for Citrix / XenApps server environment, analyze system requirements, review user needs, and support complex system development and implementation. Responsibilities include: Providing technical support for Citrix / XenApps Monitoring VDI platform with tools like NetScaler, Control UP Supporting VDI end-user sessions and stack Managing and supporting VDI platform and ensuring system updates Handling IT-Virtual Desktop Infrastructure requests Participating in client meetings and being the technical Subject Matter Expert Deploying and supporting core Microsoft services like AD, ADFS, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, and Group Policy Qualifications, Skills, and Experience : Experience with system testing tools Strong knowledge of Citrix Xen Desktop, Xen Server, and Windows infrastructure Teamwork and problem-solving skills Ability to train team members Required Skills (ranked): Effective communication skills Experience with Citrix / Xen Apps, VMware, Windows Servers, Citrix App Layering Citrix Administration Certification Self-motivated with strong technical skills Preferred Skills : Excellent communication with groups of varying sizes Structured problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to lead complex infrastructure projects Self-starter capable of resolving ambiguities in VDI environments Required Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, with 5+ years supporting large-scale enterprise Windows environments and Citrix VDI experience.
