Smart HR MS Job Title: Physician Assistant
Location: Salem, Massachusetts
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physician Assistant to join our client's team in Salem, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will have a current PA MA License or the ability to obtain reciprocity in the state, at least one year of experience working as a licensed PA in an ambulatory setting (CHC experience preferred but not required!), a high level of commitment to continuous improvement, and preferably fluent in either Spanish or Portuguese.
Responsibilities
Conduct patient assessments, diagnose illnesses, and provide treatment plans in a fast-paced environment Work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and assist with patient follow-up care as needed Assist with the development and implementation of clinical protocols and procedures Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay up-to-date on the latest advances in healthcare
Requirements
Current PA MA License or the ability to obtain reciprocity in the state At least one year of experience working as a licensed PA in an ambulatory setting (CHC experience preferred but not required!) High level of commitment to continuous improvement Fluent in either Spanish or Portuguese (preferred) Experience working with Microsoft Office Experience working with EPIC (EMR) Enjoy a fast-paced environment Willingness to work in other departments/locations within the organization
