Hearts and Hands of Care Inc. Job Description: Hearts and Hands of Care Inc. is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our team in Wasilla. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing holiday events and activities for our clients. This role requires creativity, strong organizational skills, and a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others. Salary will depend on experience. Key Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate holiday events and activities for clients. Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution. Manage event budgets and resources effectively. Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences. Ensure all events comply with company policies and safety regulations. Evaluate event success and provide feedback for future improvements. Required Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in event planning or coordination. 1-2 years of experience in direct support. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills and Experience: Experience working with diverse client groups. Knowledge of local vendors and venues in Wasilla. Creative thinking and ability to generate new ideas for events. Familiarity with budgeting and financial management. Work Environment: Indoors/outdoors in an office setting. Schedule: Monday through Friday.
