Finance efforts
to drive
business performance improvements
of the
Global Supply Chain and Quality
organization across three Divisions, and developing
insight-rich performance analysis
for the SVP GOSCQ, VP Finance GOSCQ. This position will play an instrumental role in delivering the financial goals and strategy of the GOSCQ organization and will be a key member of the finance organization. What You'll Do: Lead GOSCQ Financial Reporting, further developing KPIs, visibility, consolidated performance, and alignment to targets. Develop and lead operating mechanisms to ensure accurate CAPEX reporting and forecasting. Drive communication and collaboration across GOSCQ and Division finance teams to ensure common forecasting processes, greater insight into key assumptions, and visibility into risks and opportunities. Collaborate with GOSCQ business partners to gather insights, develop, and implement proposals to mitigate risks and enhance opportunities to achieve key business results. Lead the month-end management reporting process and deliver impactful analysis of financial and business results, proactively anticipating questions and preparing analyses. Provide financial leadership, granular analysis, and operational insights to the SVP GOSCQ and VP of Finance GOSCQ to drive P&L and FCF targets. Liaise with the Corporate FP&A team and Division Finance to coordinate forecasting, planning, and setting expectations across the organization. Support the Digital Supply Chain Transformation program in alignment with IT plans. Advance analytical maturity within the GOSCQ finance team and leverage technology to develop systemic data analytics for operational insights. Demonstrate willingness to complete additional tasks to support the organization. What We Seek: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Graduate Degree preferred). 10+ years of experience with increasing responsibilities in Operations or Supply Chain Finance, Business Unit Finance, FP&A, or similar roles. Preferably experience in the advanced manufacturing or technology industries. Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint; SAP BPC and/or OneStream are a plus. Proficiency or advanced knowledge of PowerBI; experience in dashboard development/automation is a plus. Outstanding Candidates Will Have: Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly present financial analysis to non-financial partners. Highly collaborative nature, capable of working effectively with global colleagues. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A self-starting attitude, with the ability to work independently or in teams in a fast-paced environment. Ability to navigate organizational matrixes to influence decisions.
