Cloud Services Manager
An exciting opportunity to lead cloud operations within a globally recognised organisation using cutting-edge technologies in AWS and Azure. Job Purpose: Lead and improve daily cloud operations across AWS and Azure to ensure secure, reliable services. Job Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a cloud operations team to maintain performance and uptime. Oversee daily operations in AWS and Azure, ensuring high service availability. Manage incidents, changes, and service issues for continuous improvement. Automate and optimize operations using scripts and Infrastructure-as-Code tools. Monitor cloud usage and costs, aligning with compliance and governance standards. Job Requirements: Over 5 years’ cloud operations experience, mainly in AWS and Azure platforms. At least 1 year managing or mentoring technical cloud teams. Hands-on experience with Terraform, Python, PowerShell, and automation. Strong understanding of networking and container tools like Docker or Kubernetes. Preferred certifications in AWS, Azure, and ITIL service management. The successful Cloud Services Manager must possess deep cloud expertise, strong leadership, and hands-on automation experience to ensure operational excellence in multi-cloud environments.
