Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies to align with the mission, vision, and values of the organization. Formulate policies and strategic plans for future growth. Plan, direct, and coordinate overall daily operations. Build relationships to establish partnerships and affiliations. Direct operational efficiency and improvements to meet financial targets and establish control systems for accountability. Collaborate to plan and organize staffing, including hiring, orientation, evaluation, and education in support of operational objectives. What You Will Need
Education: Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree with 7 years of applicable, cumulative, job-specific experience required, including at least 4 years in leadership/management. Additional Preferences
