$65.00/hr - $75.00/hr Summary
IMA is undertaking a large-scale transformation initiative to modernize our core enterprise systems and establish a centralized data ecosystem. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong technical background and proven experience managing complex technology implementations and data migration efforts. This role will manage the execution of our ERP transformation and data integration roadmap, ensuring alignment across business, technology, and vendor partners.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced transformation leader who can translate vision into actionable plans, manage risks across systems and dependencies, and drive execution with precision.
Prior experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, enterprise data architecture, API-connected ecosystems, and Monday.com is highly desirable.
This position is a contract role, 6 months in duration, 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including planning, resource alignment, risk mitigation, and vendor coordination. Create and maintain detailed project plans, risk logs, RAID registers, and QBR updates. Communicate status and alignment to senior leadership and transformation steering committees. Collaborate with cross-functional business leaders, product owners, data teams, and executive sponsors to define goals, success metrics, and milestone tracking. Manage the phased migration of core data entities and ensure proper data governance practices are followed. Coordinating efforts across systems including Salesforce, Auth0, Thought Industries, HubSpot, and legacy platforms. Serve as the primary point of contact for external implementation partners and technical consultants. Monitor contractual deliverables and escalate issues as needed. Ensure all testing, training, cutover planning, and post-go-live support activities are well-documented and executed to support a smooth transition.
Qualifications
8+ years of project management experience with technology implementations. Strong technical acumen; ability to partner with engineers and architects on data models, integration platforms, and system workflows. Demonstrated success in leading transformation projects with cross-functional impact. Experience with Agile and hybrid project management methodologies. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to synthesize complex information for executive audiences. Familiarity with enterprise SaaS systems in marketing automation, CRM, learning platforms, identity access, and data hubs preferred. PMP or similar certification preferred
