Our clients include industry leaders in healthcare, hospitality, government, higher education, retail, and manufacturing. Phigenics does not sell water treatment chemicals and remains unbiased toward any treatment technology or supplier. **Position Summary:** Account Managers (AMs) report to the Regional Manager (RM) and support sales, service, and account management for clients in a region. **Responsibilities:** Service existing clients by taking water tests, maintaining equipment, creating and maintaining water management programs, analyzing engineering, microbiological, and water chemistry data, running team meetings, conducting client training, and responding to client requests professionally and promptly. Forecast sales revenue, invoice for work, update our data management system, identify and assist in selling to new clients, participate in industry associations, prepare proposals, maintain relationships, and up-sell existing clients. Supervise one or two part-time Water Management Specialists (WMSs). **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** Understand building water systems, boiler and cooling systems, energy efficiency, utility engineering, and ROI calculations. Understand water chemistry and microbiology. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Self-motivated with a positive attitude. Strong desire to learn. Commitment to high ethical standards and diversity. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Proficient in MS Office, Gmail, and Google applications. **Training and Experience:** B.S. in science, engineering, or mathematics required; preferred fields include chemical, mechanical, environmental engineering, chemistry, biochemistry, or microbiology. 2-5 years of relevant experience preferred; exceptional entry-level candidates with a B.S. degree may be considered. **Work Environment and Travel:** Travel to client sites within the region, including overnight stays. May involve walking, climbing stairs/ladders, lifting up to 25 pounds, and wearing PPE as needed. This description is not exhaustive and duties may change. Phigenics is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
