Logistics Planner Senior

International SOS Government Medical Services, Inc. delivers customized medical and security risk management and wellbeing solutions worldwide. Founded in 1984, operating in 92 countries, we provide integrated medical solutions to organizations with international operations. Our services include clinical care at over 800 sites, telemedicine, referrals, and aeromedical evacuation. This position is contingent on contract award. We are seeking an experienced Logistics Planner to develop and implement strategies for the timely and efficient movement, supply, and maintenance of troops and equipment. The role involves coordinating resources, analyzing logistics challenges, and collaborating with various units to support operational readiness and mission objectives. Key Responsibilities Improve logistics planning effectiveness across multiple facets. Coordinate pre-deployment planning for maintenance personnel, facilities, support equipment, materiel, and services. Develop logistics staff estimates, assessing capabilities and operational characteristics. Complete organizational compliance education, including client-specific requirements for certifications such as Joint Commission Healthcare Staffing Services. This list is non-exhaustive, and additional duties may be assigned as needed. Qualifications Basic Requirements/Certifications: Minimum of 10+ years' experience in logistical planning. Education: Master's Degree in a relevant field is required. Physical Requirements: Work is typically performed in an office environment. Involves sitting, standing, climbing stairs for extended periods. May require bending, stooping, and lifting up to 25 lbs. Other Qualifications: Must have or be able to obtain required security clearances. Note: Salary ranges from $131,000 to $144,000, based on experience and other factors.
