New Business Development (NBD) Lead
with a strong background in selling
SAP solutions . This is a strategic role focused on driving new business opportunities and expanding our footprint within the SAP ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have spent the majority of their career in SAP-focused roles and possesses a deep understanding of the SAP landscape, customer challenges, and enterprise-level solution selling. Key Responsibilities: Identify and drive new business opportunities within the SAP domain. Develop go-to-market strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Build and manage a strong pipeline of SAP-specific opportunities. Own the sales cycle end-to-end, from prospecting to contract closure. Engage and influence senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers. Collaborate with delivery and solution teams to shape client proposals. Stay current with SAP product roadmaps, partner ecosystem, and market trends. Candidate Profile: 15–18 years of total experience, with 100% focus on SAP solution sales. Proven track record of selling SAP-led transformation deals and services. Background in SAP Professional Services or top-tier SAP partners/system integrators. Strong executive presence and ability to lead high-stakes client discussions. Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth environment across geographies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Preferred Background: Experience working with or for
