Developers collaborate closely with researchers to design and implement production-grade systems that drive real-time decision-making. Role Highlights: Build and maintain high-performance software systems for automated trading Collaborate with quantitative researchers Work with large-scale data and real-time systems Use C++, Python, and other modern tools to develop and optimize core infrastructure Who They’re Hiring: Engineers with strong programming and quantitative skills Proficient in C++ and/or Python Solid foundation in algorithms, systems programming, and applied math or statistics Experience with areas such as distributed computing, machine learning, NLP, or platform engineering Holds a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical field Compensation: $250,000–$350,000 base + bonus If you're interested in learning more, please send over your resume, we’d love to connect.
