At Citizens Private Bank, as a
Private Banker , you will work in service, support, and sales, creating a world-class, white glove experience for our UHNW clients and prospects in our Private Bank Offices. You will be the deposit expert and key service partner for the Business Banker and Relationship Managers’ client base. Your role involves developing and maintaining client relationships by selling and servicing personalized products and services, and referring opportunities to business partners when needed. Responsibilities include sales presentations, cash management, account opening, compliance, documentation, and delivering a seamless, high-touch client experience. You will maintain professional relationships, utilizing excellent customer service skills and problem-solving abilities to enhance banking relationships. Primary responsibilities include: Deliver a white glove experience to all clients and grow deposits. Serve as the deposit and cash management expert, cross-selling when appropriate. Assist in acquiring new prospects and promoting the bank’s services. Maintain and deepen client relationships as a trusted advisor. Manage relationships in partnership with RMs, BBs, and PBs. Refer clients to business partners as needed. Provide excellent ongoing customer service, focusing on top-tier clients. Stay informed about existing and new bank products and services. Gather documentation for onboarding, service changes, and exceptions. Open accounts and facilitate services for clients. Assist clients with transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, CD renewals, and wire transfers. Address additional client needs including fee reversals, statement requests, check orders, information updates, research, and stop payments. Verify client identities in compliance with bank policies. Follow applicable laws and regulations, including anti-money laundering policies. Banker Qualifications: At least three years of experience in private or private client banking supporting sophisticated clients and deposit growth. Experience working with high-net-worth clients preferred. Qualifications vary based on competency, experience, and existing client relationships. Hours & Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 40 hours, in-office with remote capabilities. Pay Transparency: The salary range for the PBO Banker position is $80,000 - $100,000 annually, plus potential incentives. Actual pay depends on location, skills, and experience.
