Provide legal guidance and support to clients in both the residential and commercial real estate sectors. Draft and review various real estate agreements, documents, and contracts. Conduct legal research to support transactions and client needs. Collaborate with other departments and attorneys within the firm on related legal matters. Manage multiple client relationships while ensuring high-quality service and timely delivery of work product. Negotiate deal terms and manage the closing process for complex real estate transactions. Requirements: Experience in real estate law, particularly in transactional matters such as acquisitions, leasing, and financing. Proven experience in managing real estate transactions from start to finish. Strong legal research and analytical skills. Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team setting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A track record of handling complex legal matters in a busy law firm or corporate environment. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications: Active bar membership in the state of Illinois. Skills: Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
