$65.00/hr - $65.00/hr Experience Required
7+ years of experience in SAP Global Trade Services (GTS). 8-10 years of experience managing SAP implementation/upgrade projects, including 2-3 full life cycle implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the SAP GTS migration project, including but not limited to: Defining the project charter and developing the governance structure. Preparing a detailed project plan and monitoring the program from initiation through delivery, including scheduling and budget tracking. Conducting scoping, planning, and design workshops, engaging business and cross-functional teams. Organizing cross-functional activities to ensure project completion on schedule and within budget constraints. Operate within a matrix-type organization, requiring: A technical background with SAP GTS implementation or migration experience to fulfill overall project management responsibilities. The ability to lead meetings with executive leadership during different project phases. Expertise in defining direction, adapting to changing requirements, overcoming obstacles, and managing business organization plans effectively. Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree with Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Experience in adopting PMI or advanced project methodologies in SAP projects, preferably in GTS implementation. Proven ability to manage scoping, design, build, test, and production cutover phases of SAP projects. Excellent communication skills to articulate and present periodic project status, highlighting issues, risks, and action plans. Familiarity with Global Trade, Sales, and Logistics business processes is a plus. Strong English verbal and written skills. Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to driving deliverables to closure. Self-starter with the ability to work independently, manage deliverables, and meet timelines and deadlines with minimal guidance.
