The Marine Corps Logistics Command (MCLC) Logistics Integration Support (LIS) Secondary Repairable (SECREP) Program supports the repair and distribution of 10,000 pieces of Marine Corps Ground Equipment. The scope of this contract covers the Remanufacture, Overhaul, and Repair (ROR) and/or tear-down and evaluation (TD&E) of Marine Corps Ground Equipment Secondary Repairable (SECREP) items turned in at designated Government locations (CONUS and OCONUS). POSITION SUMMARY:

There is a Site Manager (SM) at each LIS induction point responsible for activities at that site, including interaction with the government customer and OEM Remanufacture Vendors to receive and issue/ship assets and address or escalate issues related to the LIS Program. Please Note: Must reside or be willing to relocate to Albany, Georgia. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide leadership and direction to the Site Team. Foster a culture of continuous process improvement; implement initiatives and process improvements. Communicate effectively with USMC leadership on site and ensure transparency. Monitor the software platform and analyze data to facilitate efficiency and readiness. Manage Contractor Turnaround Time (KTAT) to meet standards. Ensure site compliance and quality control. KBR seeks a motivated Physical/Technical Security Specialist Lead supporting a government client in the Washington Metropolitan Area. Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team operating, designing, and maintaining security systems, including access control, intrusion detection, and video management solutions. Assist with SCIF management tasks and develop/executed Preventive Inspection Testing and Maintenance (PITM) plans. Qualifications: TS/SCI clearance with willingness to sit for a polygraph if requested. Minimum 5 years of experience in physical security in classified environments. US Citizen. Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Physical Security. Experience in security system design, maintenance, and creating security plans. Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects. Physical ability to carry 60+ pounds, walk while carrying equipment, and remain on feet for extended periods. Basic Compensation:

$75,300 - $113,000 (for Maryland area) Additional compensation may include bonuses, sign-on bonuses, relocation benefits, and incentives based on performance. Ready to Make a Difference?
