Position Summary... We are looking for a strong leader to help build and scale our Walmart Fulfillment Services' (WFS) business. In this role, you will help shape our product strategy, designing and prioritizing solutions that enhance our value proposition for sellers and drive meaningful bottom-line returns on our P&L. The ideal candidate will have great problem-solving skills, be comfortable working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments, and possess exceptional analytical skills (SQL, etc.). If you are interested in building a new business from the ground up and solving large-scale, impactful problems, then this role could be for you.
What you'll do...
Essential Functions:
Leads the development and execution of advanced analytics to address unique business and technical problems and support data-driven decision making.
Makes strategic recommendations to cross-functional leadership based on analysis results, influencing roadmap prioritization of partner teams.
Owns complex projects end-to-end for a business area; manages risks associated with implementation.
Develops data models (algorithms, approaches) for complex projects within a business area to drive results and value.
Coaches team members and provides feedback to enhance skills, knowledge, and work performance.

Collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive a highly complex business area or one with high strategic importance to Walmart.
Navigates partner team dynamics and works across multiple sites.
Has accountability for the performance and results of the team in a highly complex business area or category.
Executes on strategy and sets priorities for own team.
Adapts team plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.
Impacts the quality and timeliness of own team’s results and its contribution to business or category goals.

Locations & Salary
Hoboken, New Jersey: $108,000 - $216,000
Sunnyvale, California / San Bruno, California: $117,000 - $234,000
Bentonville, Arkansas: $90,000 - $180,000
Additional compensation includes bonuses, stock options, and other benefits.
Minimum Qualifications Option 1: Bachelor's in relevant field + 5 years' experience, or Option 2: 7 years' experience + 2 years' supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in relevant field + 4 years' experience preferred. Knowledge of digital accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA), assistive technologies, and creating inclusive digital experiences is also valued.
