This role involves managing projects within the sales, supply chain, and natural gas departments. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with project tracking skills, using their business and project management experience to drive initiatives forward. Collaboration with technical and business resources is essential to implement positive change. Key Responsibilities: Lead medium-sized projects from initiation to completion, ensuring stakeholder alignment Provide feedback on product strategy within a single domain/discipline Respond to business needs and oversee project execution Track and measure project benefits Contribute to the IT Project Management teams best practices Develop and present to project leadership Ensure project teams understand goals and timelines Analyze problems across people, processes, and technology Inspire and engage team members, celebrate successes, and provide performance feedback Support internal control processes and procedures Candidate Attributes: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field 5+ years of relevant professional experience preferred Experience managing projects with budgets under $1M Exposure to agile/lean methodologies; PMI-PMP preferred Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills The estimated base salary ranges from $81,700 to $107,800, influenced by factors such as education, experience, and skills.
