As a General Manager, you will plan, manage, and guide multiple contracted services for a client, typically generating $2-15M+ in revenue, to meet operating and financial goals, client objectives, and customer needs. Services may include food service, facility support, custodial services, retail, lodging, transportation, and more. Our General Managers are capable operations managers who lead a team to provide excellent service. With knowledge of the client’s business, positive relationship skills, financial savvy, and a focus on safety, our team makes a difference every day. Job Responsibilities

Lead a team providing operational expertise in contracted services and manage operations hands-on. Manage client and community relationships, assess operations, and develop plans to optimize service and satisfaction. Build, develop, and lead a management team and staff aligned with organizational goals. Recommend methods and resources for service improvement and growth based on operational understanding. Partner with Finance to manage budgets and design improvements to enhance financial and operational performance. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain records and reports. Uphold Aramark's standards of operation, including safety and Business Conduct Policy. At Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done positively impacts our employees and customers. Duties may change or new ones may be assigned without notice. Qualifications

Qualified candidates will possess: Bachelor's degree preferred in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management. Strong focus on client and customer service, entrepreneurship, and business growth. Effective interpersonal skills for communication with clients, management, and support staff. Ability to understand and implement contractual requirements and identify operational opportunities. Experience in the service industry, contract services, or hospitality. Proven leadership through other managers. Experience with budgeting, financial controls, and analysis. Experience in developing sales strategies and operational initiatives. This role may involve physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, extended walking, and standing. Uniforms and PPE may be required. Education #J-18808-Ljbffr
