As a Business/Information Architect in the Global Contact Center Technology portfolio, you will be responsible for understanding business requirements and defining architecture-based solutions that align with Ford Motor Companys patterns and standards. You will collaborate with platform and data architecture teams to ensure solutions meet portfolio, enterprise requirements, and security standards. Additionally, you will bring industry best practices to help Ford mature its architecture offerings.
You will work with business stakeholders and product teams to define, assemble, and integrate components based on Ford standards and business needs (examples: hardware, software, availability, scalability, and reliability). You will develop and communicate architecture designs for new products and features, lead product teams in defining future strategies, and participate in vendor solution evaluations. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is essential.
