Senior Product Manager Description We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of the OpenAsset platform. As a key member of our product team, you will work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to build scalable, innovative solutions that deliver customer and business value. This role requires strong product discovery skills, user-centric focus, product thinking, and leadership skills to navigate complex trade-offs, influence stakeholders, and bring high-impact products to market. Senior Product Manager Responsibilities Define & Execute Product Strategy – Own and drive the roadmap for one of the core OpenAsset cross functional teams based on business goals, technical feasibility, and user value. Lead Product Discovery - Define and execute a structured discovery process using methods like user interviews, ethnographic research, journey mapping, assumption testing, and rapid prototyping Own Problem Framing - Identify the real user and business problems worth solving. Separate noise from opportunity using data, empathy, and insight. Test and Validate Ideas - Champion lean experimentation and iterative feedback cycles. Embrace false starts, quick pivots, and rigorous validation over premature scaling. Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering & AI/ML – Translate user requirements into user stories, prioritize features, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Ensure Agile Execution – Manage backlog grooming, sprint planning, and roadmap execution using Agile methodologies. Senior Technical Product Manager Skills and Experience 7+ years of product management experience, with a strong technical background (CS degree, engineering experience, or equivalent). Proficiency with discovery tools and techniques: JTBD, assumption mapping, user testing, problem interviews, and MVP development. Deep empathy for users and a data-informed decision-making mindset Ability to bridge business and technical perspectives, making informed trade-offs between speed, quality, and scalability. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive decisions across engineering, executive leadership, and external partners. Background in user research, design thinking, or behavioral psychology.
