Sourcing Consultant at Three Wire Systems
The Data Analyst SME supports the Outreach/Transition Support Contact Call Center Program, by identifying and solving problems for the program, collecting information from a variety of sources, using data analysis techniques to get practical information from raw data, writing reports based on findings, communicating findings to others, and advising in decision making. The Program offers specialized coaching and assistance to support Service members receiving mental health and/or moderate to severe TBI care who are relocating to another assignment, returning from deployment, transitioning from Active Duty to Reserve Component, Reserve Component to Active Duty, or preparing to leave military service. The Data Analyst SME will manage and produce analytics reports for all aspects of the Program as well as acting as Deputy Program Manager when necessary. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Mine data from primary and secondary sources; reorganize data, format, and distribute. Use statistical tools to interpret data sets, identify trends, patterns for diagnostic and predictive analytics. Prepare reports communicating trends, patterns, and predictions. Collaborate with others to identify opportunities for process improvements for data governance. Create documentation of data analysis process. Goal oriented with motivation to become functional expert in the program you support MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A bachelors or masters degree and three years or more relevant experience in mental health data analytics or a related field (healthcare data analytics) At least one year of experience post-degree in mental health data/database management At least one year of experience post-degree in analysis and presentation of program data Proficient with database management and/or statistical software such as Excel, Access, Stata, or SPSS. Proficiency in SQL and Tableau WORK ENVIRONMENT: Hybrid work - must be near Bedford, PA or Washington, DC Position may require some travel *This position is contingent upon contract award.
