RSM is looking for a Manager to join our Financial Due Diligence team within our Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice. In this dynamic role, you will work with our nationally award-winning Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Advisory practice servicing both corporate and private equity clients. Our M&A group services include assisting clients with readiness and diligence services pre-close through transaction integration and execution. Our Transaction Advisory Services team comprises seasoned professionals providing buy-side and sell-side financial, technology, and operational diligence services and advice. Responsibilities:

Perform financial due diligence for clients involved in acquisitions and divestitures. Participate in client meetings and site visits, interacting with top management to gather pertinent financial information. Prepare detailed financial analyses to evaluate acquisition decisions and financing needs. Utilize various software tools as designated by the firm. Collaborate with tax, audit, and other consulting practices within the firm. Assist in preparing proposals and engagement letters. Represent the firm in community activities and professional associations. Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. Minimum of 5 years of experience in an audit or transaction advisory practice within a public accounting or consulting firm. Prior Financial Due Diligence experience is required. Supervision and team leadership experience. Ability to manage client engagements effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Willingness to travel up to 10-15% locally and nationally. Preferred Qualifications:

Successful candidates may be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on performance.
