At least seven years of experience as a ServiceNow Platform Architect. Proficient in the Now Create methodology. Enterprise Security and Architecture expertise. Experience with Enterprise and/or IT Service Management. ServiceNow Advanced System Administration. ServiceNow Application Development. Database design schemas and data modeling skills. Strong requirements gathering skills. Experience with SDLCs including DevOps, Agile, Lean, Iterative, or Waterfall. Understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and secure coding principles. Experience with ServiceNow or similar platforms, including application development using languages such as Javascript and Angular JS. Knowledge of Webservices, CSS, client-server, middleware, web platforms, mobile, or cloud platforms. Experience with relational databases and database platforms like CMDBs. ITIL knowledge and experience. Capabilities
Create and maintain detailed architecture views. Align ServiceNow capabilities with business strategy and roadmap. Lead the Platform Support Team in best practices and policies. Provide architectural controls and impact analysis for new requirements. Identify opportunities for solution consolidation. Implement new requirements on the ServiceNow platform. Contribute to governance processes. Stay current on ServiceNow products and related technologies. Additional Details
