Position Summary
Front of House Operations Managers are hospitality professionals responsible for ensuring daily operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and managing the FOH team. This role involves leading service teams, maximizing food and beverage sales, conducting pre-shift training, and promoting retail wine sales, merchandise, and more. Why us?

Manage daily restaurant and/or floor operations, support staff during service, assign server sections, oversee side work, observe steps of service, and maintain cleanliness Participate in interviewing, hiring, coaching, counseling, and separation of hourly employees Ensure the restaurant and venue are prepared and organized for daily operations Manage staffing and operations across all revenue centers including venue, bar, support staff, service, and private events Prepare weekly schedules Maintain property cleanliness and address maintenance needs Resolve guest concerns and complaints with exemplary hospitality Perform cash handling procedures as needed Check in with guests during shifts to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities Assist with staff training during pre-shifts and service meetings Maintain promotional materials, comment cards, and check presenter inserts Update contact lists, VIP, and event guest lists Lead and motivate staff, make day-to-day decisions confidently Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills Perform other duties as needed Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 3 years experience in a high-volume restaurant, venue, or relevant field Exceptional hospitality skills Proven leadership and operational excellence Strong analytical and data skills Ability to multitask and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of health regulations Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, pull, push, lift up to 50 lbs. Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays About Us
