Job Description Summary At CoStrategix, we work with clients reimagining their business models for a digital, data-centric world. The Cloud Solutions Architect plays a pivotal role in designing and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud architectures that support digital transformation. This highly technical, hands-on role requires strong leadership skills. You will work on cutting-edge projects involving AI/ML, data platforms, application modernization, and DevSecOps across Azure, AWS, and GCP. Responsibilities include shaping cloud strategies, automation, implementation, and optimization of production environments. As a Cloud Solutions Architect, you will act as a senior technical leader across our core practices—AI Solutions & Strategy, Data Engineering, Platform Modernization, and Product Design. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to define infrastructure blueprints, enable CI/CD automation, implement MLOps pipelines, and ensure architectural integrity, governance, and cost efficiency across cloud ecosystems. Key Responsibilities Define and deliver a comprehensive technical strategy aligned with business objectives, leveraging emerging technologies including AI/ML capabilities. Identify architectural scenarios that meet business needs and incorporate them into technical designs. Bridge technical and business requirements, communicating complex concepts clearly to stakeholders. Design solutions focusing on security, scalability, durability, performance, and cost-effectiveness. Set and enforce architectural and implementation standards across cloud services and applications. Partner with cloud, data, and architecture governance boards to ensure designs adhere to enterprise principles. Research and learn new methodologies and technologies, sharing best practices with the team. Provide technical leadership to negotiate optimal engineering and platform approaches, including MLOps practices. Lead technical teams through project lifecycles, including project managers, leads, QA, and developers. Design automation of platforms in cloud environments with CI/CD processes. Collaborate with architecture, security, infrastructure, and application teams to automate platforms and tools. Maintain controls and documentation for compliance and audit requirements. Emphasize scalability and quality improvement through rigorous testing. Perform cost, capacity, and performance analysis to optimize resource allocation, including for AI workloads. Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate documentation, coding, and design tasks. Deep working knowledge of major cloud providers—Azure, GCP, AWS. Education and Experience Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related; Master’s or relevant certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Architect). Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in cloud architecture, infrastructure design, and solution delivery across cloud platforms. Experience designing scalable, secure, automated, and cost-effective cloud and hybrid solutions. Strong background in infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and DevOps practices. Experience with AI/ML workloads, MLOps pipelines, or data platforms in cloud environments. Familiarity with enterprise architecture, governance, and security frameworks. Experience working in Agile teams with cross-functional collaboration. Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, data-driven decision-making.
