Recruitment Consultant | U.S. MEPF Engineering - (972) 885-3850
We are working with a nationally-renowned, multidisciplinary MEP firm that have gained a great reputation for their expertise in sustainability and performance. They are currently searching for an experienced mechanical professional to step straight into a senior position in their Seattle office. Role Overview Lead project teams to deliver on time and within budget Coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams Design mechanical systems: HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, energy modeling Create work plans, assign tasks, and manage team performance Ensure code compliance and quality management; may act as PM or EOR Conduct site visits and generate reports Mentor junior staff and contribute to internal process improvements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field PE license required 6–10 years of relevant AEC or built environment experience Strong leadership, delegation, and communication skills Deep understanding of mechanical design and team coordination Proficient in Microsoft Office, Revit, and AutoCAD Highly organized with strong attention to detail Location:
