Job Description

Huntington Ingalls Industries (HII) Mission Technologies Warfare Systems partners with the DoD and defense innovation ecosystem to rapidly acquire and field critical and emerging technologies, particularly integrated communications, networking, and Systems-of-Systems (SoS) technologies, to enhance national security and warfighter capabilities. Through a multiagency contracting approach, the Collaborative Operations for Battlespace Resilient Architecture (COBRA) initiative focuses on advancing these technologies to achieve multi-domain battlespace integration and resilient command and control. This includes a broad range of services such as systems engineering, cybersecurity, operational integration, and data analytics, all aimed at modernizing communications and ensuring seamless information exchange for the DoD and its allies.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Manages, maintains, and delivers the contract deliverables. Acts as the lead in the deliverable management function. Ensures record management of all contract deliverables are stored electronically and all related deliverables (Del. 1-13) (including renewals) are itemized and assigned using Assisted Service Shared Information System (ASSIST). Reviews agency contracts and regulatory policies for changes in agency policy and procedure and communicates changes to relevant departments and/or tasks. Provides reminders to individuals responsible for deliverables manages deliverable metrics. Compiles the Monthly Status Report (MSR) (Del. 7) and Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting (CPAR inputs). Coordinates with the team and ensures the transfer of all files for Task Order (TO) Documentation and Data to the AAS Contracting Officer (CO) or COR and designated databases

Minimum Qualifications

5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience. Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field Strong understanding of system development lifecycle (SDLC) Ability to analyze complex technical problems and propose effective solutions

Preferred Requirements

Experience with DoD systems and acquisition lifecycle Proficiency with systems modeling or simulation tools Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
