Global Partner Content & Communications Specialist . In this vital role, you'll be at the forefront of crafting and delivering high-impact communications across Pure's partner ecosystem. You'll be instrumental in ensuring timely, accurate, and on-brand content reaches our global partners, playing a critical part in how we bring launches, updates, and partner-facing programs to market. This position calls for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and proactive individual ready to manage diverse content development and delivery channels while maintaining consistent messaging across all platforms. As a Global Partner Content & Communications Specialist, you will act as the content product manager for partner communications—bringing structure, clarity, and impact to every message we share.. Elevate Partner Engagement through Communications:

As a key member of the team, you will lead the development and execution of partner communications across a range of critical touchpoints. This includes drafting and delivering launch announcements, product notifications, FAQs, and operational communications for our partner ecosystem.. Drive Brand Consistency and Impact:

You'll collaborate closely with Product Marketing and campaign teams to ensure messaging alignment and guarantee all communications strictly adhere to Pure's brand voice and visual guidelines, reinforcing brand integrity and clarity for partners. Optimize Content Workflows & Partner Experiences:

Oversee content workflows, verifying messaging accuracy and ensuring timely delivery. You'll generate engaging partner-facing social media content and support updates for Pure's partner website, working with the digital team to maintain consistent messaging across all partner touchpoints (portal, email, social, web). Enhance Operational Efficiency:

You will manage internal trackers for communication launches and campaign activities, ensuring all timelines, content review cycles, and stakeholder approvals are aligned for smooth execution. A key part of your responsibilities will be identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve overall efficiency. You’ll also report on performance metrics to evaluate the impact of communications and will take on additional responsibilities as business needs evolve. WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE... You are a highly organized and skilled communicator with a strong ability to manage multiple content workstreams and cross-functional input. Exceptional Communication & Content Creation:

You excel at writing clearly, concisely, and compellingly, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to translate complex information into partner-friendly language. Robust Project Management:

You have proven capability to juggle multiple workstreams, manage tight deadlines, and effectively coordinate various stakeholders. Marketing & Go-to-Market Acumen:

You possess a foundational understanding of B2B marketing principles, product launches, and broader go-to-market strategies, particularly in a global context. Cross-functional Collaboration & Influence:

You're skilled at working effectively across diverse teams, building relationships, and influencing outcomes without direct authority. We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave. #LI-ONSITE Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
