Job Title : UX Designer
Location : Alpharetta, GA / Frisco, TX (Day 1 Onsite, 5 Days/Week)
Duration : Long-Term Contract
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented UX Designer with 10-12+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate must have exceptional communication skills, a strong portfolio showcasing innovative designs, and a proven track record of delivering intuitive, user-centered digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct user research including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights on user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Analyze research findings to create user personas, journey maps, and inform design decisions. Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that clearly communicate design concepts and user flows. Collaborate closely with the Director of User Experience and cross-functional teams to iterate and refine designs based on feedback and testing. Participate in design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and foster a collaborative design environment. Maintain comprehensive design documentation, including specifications, user flows, and style guides, to ensure consistency. Present design concepts and articulate the rationale to stakeholders, advocating for user-centered design principles. Stay current with industry trends, tools, and UX best practices to bring innovative ideas to the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 10-12+ years overall, with 6+ years in user experience design (digital product environment preferred). Education: Bachelor s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent work/military experience). Tools: Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, and other design/prototyping tools. Portfolio: Strong, detailed, and creative portfolio demonstrating smart, innovative design work. Excellent communication skills. Highly creative, detail-oriented, and user-focused approach to design.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience designing financial software products. Exposure to AI technology and integrating AI-driven solutions into UX design. 5+ years of hands-on experience with design and prototyping tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
