As a Sr. Product Manager - CPA Roll Up in the Small Business Products team, you will work on building bespoke experiences for our assisted and small business products. Your responsibilities will include strategic planning, technical collaboration, and cross-functional teamwork. You will also engage with senior leaders and present insights to executive management. Create and manage vendor and ecosystem integrations to enhance customer experience. Collaborate with architects and data engineers to develop data strategies and ensure transparency. Translate business requirements into technical specifications with engineering, design, and product teams. Monitor product and integration performance, analyze metrics, and advocate for features. Develop and execute strategic roadmaps aligned with organizational goals. Prioritize features and enhancements, including setting OKRs and leading discovery sessions. Manage a technical backlog and lead Agile ceremonies with stakeholders. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in product management, especially in technical integration or platform management. Proficiency in data analysis, experimentation, and interpreting results. Experience with third-party ecosystems' security and data challenges. Strong collaboration and communication skills, capable of engaging with executive leadership. Ability to work independently within strategic frameworks. Preferred Qualifications

The pay range for this role is $101,200 - $161,900 annually, based on experience, education, and location. Successful candidates may participate in incentive plans and benefits.
