Director, Infrastructure Capital Projects & Climate Advisory (Rail) . We are seeking an experienced professional to lead large-scale rail and transit infrastructure projects within our rapidly growing Advisory practice. Responsibilities:

Lead project teams on rail and transit infrastructure projects, advising clients on funding, financing, and project delivery strategies including alternative project delivery methods. Manage project and program activities, facilitate meetings with clients and stakeholders. Develop strategies, financial models, and policy recommendations; prepare key documents such as reports, presentations, and analyses. Build relationships and market firm services to target clients in the rail and transit sector; contribute to proposal development. Mentor team members and participate in marketing initiatives and conferences. Assist in recruiting, training, and developing the Infrastructure team. Qualifications:

At least 8 years of experience in rail and transit, including 5 years in advisory consulting. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Experience managing transportation asset portfolios and understanding federal, state, and local transportation funding. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills; ability to work under pressure and travel as needed. Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. This position offers a competitive salary range ($135,000 - $264,000 depending on location and experience) and a comprehensive benefits package.
