Partner Engagement Specialist

As a partner engagement expert, you use your specialized subject matter expertise on matters of collaboration with DoD partners to enhance collaboration on mission-critical issues. As a partner engagement specialist on our team, you'll help your client build partnerships with external partners in service to the organization's mission. Using your expertise in strategic-level finished intelligence, and relationship-building, you'll serve as a critical bridge between our clients and their partners. You'll produce written products and briefs, as well as execute numerous administrative tasks, to ensure engagements are best suited to meet mission needs. This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skillset. You'll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you'll have the resources to learn new skills and tools. You Have:

5+ years of experience working in the DoD, IC, or combatant command environment 3+ years of experience in partner engagement Experience within the Defense Intelligence Enterprise Experience working with foreign partners or international organizations Ability to liaise with senior government officials Ability to balance and triage multiple taskings Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

Experience working in foreign disclosure Experience working as a strategic-level intelligence analyst or directly with strategic-level all-source intelligence analysts Possession of excellent interpersonal and detail-oriented skills TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
