What Will You Do in This Role?
As a Regional Director of Operations, you will oversee the operations of our senior living communities your assigned region.
Do You Have What It Takes?
A fire and passion for working with seniors A flexible, fun, and energetic personality Must possess proven multi-site Regional Director experience in senior living settings Excellent knowledge of human resource development and management, business development, business accounting, budget processes, and nursing operations Must be able and willing to travel Must possess extensive knowledge of local, state, and federal regulatory compliance standards and clinical practices within the senior living industry Ability and willingness to travel; must also be ready to travel unexpectedly as needed Professional image in both appearance and behavior Excellent written and oral communication skills
