Contract Senior Software Engineer or Senior UI Designer

Qualifications We are seeking experienced developers and UI professionals who can deliver at a senior level. Do you care about solving meaningful problems, not just checking boxes? If you value clear thinking, well-structured systems, and are comfortable working without excessive oversight, you will fit in well here. You should have strong experience. We care more about your real-world impact and how you think than about specific tools or buzzwords. For Backend and Infrastructure Experts Experience building secure, scalable, and maintainable systems Understanding of system architecture and performance tradeoffs Comfort working directly with source control, shell tools, databases, and deployment pipelines For Frontend and UI Experts Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, usable interfaces A clear sense of design structure, layout, and responsiveness Ability to collaborate with backend developers to deliver cohesive solutions Compensation and Growth Our founder brings 12 years of experience running a consultancy and applies those lessons to build a sustainable and profitable business for everyone involved.
