The Opportunity As a Business Analyst, Finance APEX Transformation, you will support the implementation of our end-to-end Finance Transformation leveraging SAP S/4 HANA General Ledgers, Sub-Ledgers, and Allocation tools. You will assist in functional delivery, data analysis, and process improvement while collaborating cross-functionally and sharing system knowledge with stakeholders to facilitate key business decisions. Location and Employment Details Full-Time, Boston, MA or Springfield, MA. The Team This role reports to the Head of Solutions, Design and Implementation within the Controllers group, partnering with Corporate IT, vendors, and business units across finance functions. The team aims to improve ledger, sub-ledger, and allocation capabilities, offering growth opportunities. The Impact Subject matter expert for SAP S/4 HANA workstreams. Understanding end-to-end processes and dependencies. Leading use case formulation, process analysis, and SAP best practices sharing. Ensuring data flow and establishing governance procedures. Leading SAP process changes aligned with accounting policies. Collaborating with finance and IT teams to support transaction accounting. Coordinating across departments and external auditors to establish controls and milestones. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related field. 8+ years of experience. 5+ years of hands-on experience with financial systems or consolidation tools. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP ERP/S/4 HANA and consolidation tools. Knowledge of US GAAP, statutory accounting, or financial institutions. Proven project support and leadership skills.
