Job Purpose The Project Manager oversees construction projects, ensuring they meet design, schedule, and budget goals. This role involves effective communication with clients, contractors, designers, engineers, and subcontractors, managing milestones, handling changes, resolving issues, and maintaining budgets, all while embodying our core values and driving continuous improvement through the Collins Business System (CBS). What You'll Do Develop project plans aligned with design, schedule, and financial objectives. Coordinate with stakeholders to clarify deliverables, requirements, and costs. Communicate project plans effectively to all parties involved. Apply knowledge of construction processes and standards to manage projects effectively. Monitor milestones, progress, and changes throughout projects. Generate status reports and update stakeholders regularly. Assess change order requests, negotiate terms, and oversee their submission and documentation. Address escalated issues to ensure project delivery and quality. Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as the primary contact. Conduct cost analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities. Negotiate contracts and monitor expenditures, ensuring financial objectives are met. Prepare financial reports and collaborate with finance for invoicing and reconciliation. Seek continuous improvement in project costs and quality. Create monthly profit projections and process billings. Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to process improvements and compliance. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of electrical project management experience in construction. Proven ability to plan, organize, and execute projects from start to finish. Strong understanding of budgeting, cost estimation, and financial control. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Experience with project management tools, safety regulations, and industry standards.
