Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead and execute cross-functional Manufacturing and Process Engineering projects ranging from ***K to ***K, particularly in a medical device, pharma, or life sciences environment. This role involves driving project planning, tracking, and execution across Engineering, Operations, Regulatory, and Supply Chain departments, ensuring schedule accuracy, resource forecasting, and risk management. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage engineering projects from planning through execution. Develop detailed project schedules and monitor project health, risks, and milestones. Forecast, load, and track resource allocations in Clarity PPM; track budgets and actuals using Excel or Anaplan. Facilitate weekly/biweekly cross-functional meetings and drive accountability. Identify opportunities for resource and cost optimization, and report ROI and project impact. Collaborate with stakeholders across Design, Manufacturing, Regulatory, and Business Systems. Qualifications: 12+ years of project management experience in Manufacturing/Process Engineering projects. Strong experience with Clarity PPM, Smartsheet or MS Project, and budget tracking tools. Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders, risks, and mitigation plans. PMP or Agile methodologies certification; background in medical devices or regulated industries required. Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work independently or within a team. #TB_EN
