Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in residential and commercial construction, restoration means and methods. Position:
Remote! Candidates within CT, MA, ME, NH, NJ, NY, RI, & VT regions preferred.
25% travel required. Salary Details:
$52,656.07 - $96,287.49 Job Responsibilities:
Supervise contractor performance within the district. Serve as a liaison between contractors, clients, and Contractor Connection. Implement and expand Contractor Connection programs. Monitor and review contractor work and performance data. Conduct in-person Quality Review Meetings. Resolve disputes and maintain relationships with team members. Assist with contractor recruitment and site evaluations. Coordinate contractor training sessions. Support internal departments as needed. Uphold company image and participate in special projects. Maintain knowledge of business model and adhere to ethical standards. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. At least 5 years of management experience. Knowledge of residential and commercial construction and restoration methods. Ability to interpret contracts and perform basic construction estimates. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
