Senior Product Marketing Manager, Power Platform

to join the team. We seek a data-driven, strategic marketing leader to accelerate business performance across Microsoft's Power Platform portfolio, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages. The role focuses on identifying growth levers, improving business health, and driving adoption and monetization strategies across customer segments. Business Performance & ROB:

Define and track growth KPIs such as new acquisition, pipeline velocity, retention, and usage health. Monitor performance against revenue goals. Partner with finance, product marketing, and sales to reconcile top-line performance with forecasts and identify growth gaps. GTM Program Execution:

Design, monitor, and optimize go-to-market programs that drive new acquisition, accelerate deal velocity, and support customer retention. Ensure programs have clear ROI and reduce friction in the buyer journey. Licensing & SKU Optimization:

Collaborate with Business Planning teams to shape packaging, licensing, and SKU strategies to facilitate easier purchasing decisions. Work with product and field teams to simplify choices and improve customer decision-making. Customer Messaging:

Create clear, compelling messaging to guide customers through complex buying decisions, reducing confusion and streamlining the purchase process. Conduct market research to inform strategies and address blockers to adoption. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work with product management, engineering, demand generation, digital, and analytics teams to deliver cohesive growth initiatives. Qualifications

Ability to interpret ambiguous environments and prioritize effectively. Proven ability to learn quickly about new products in dynamic areas.
