We are looking for a mid-level
Brand Strategist
to join our Brand Strategy team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives on uncovering insights, shaping brand narratives, and collaborating with creative and media teams to bring campaigns to life.
The
Brand Strategist
will play a key role in translating client business objectives into actionable brand and marketing strategies that drive measurable impact. We’re looking for a someone who’s ready to move beyond category clichés and deliver insight-driven work that gets attention, earns admiration, and inspires belief (our F.A.B. model). You’ll be responsible for helping clients define, shape, and articulate brand platforms that drive business growth—and guiding how those platforms come to life across messaging, experience, and culture. Key Responsibilities
Lead Strategic Discovery : Conduct workshops, stakeholder interviews, and intelligence gathering to uncover audience motivators, category dynamics, and client ambition.
Develop Brand Platforms : Create insight-driven strategies that include brand purpose, positioning, value propositions, archetypes, messaging frameworks, and content strategy.
Craft Strategic Artifacts : Author briefs, narratives, and personas that empower creative and media teams to move swiftly and boldly.
Integrate with Teams : Partner with internal and external collaborators across marketing, brand, media, performance, and customer experience to ensure seamless expression of strategy.
Client Partnership : Present confidently and clearly to clients across levels, from marketing managers to the C-suite. Act as a trusted advisor for both foundational and campaign-level initiatives.
Fuel Innovation : Support a test-and-learn culture. Ask better questions. Reframe problems. Pursue provocative insight. Even when it’s uncomfortable.
Model Strategic Excellence : Embrace the principles of people-first, design thinking. Ensure every output is aligned to business outcomes and audience understanding.
Partner with account, creative, and media teams to
develop brand strategies
that align with client goals and market opportunities
Conduct
market research, competitive analysis, and audience profiling
to uncover actionable insights
Develop
brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions
Collaborate on
integrated marketing campaigns , ensuring they ladder up to the brand strategy
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
3–4 years of experience
in
brand strategy, account planning, or marketing strategy
(agency experience strongly preferred) Strong ability to
synthesize research and data into actionable insights Experience with
B2B and/or integrated marketing campaigns
is a plus Excellent
presentation, communication, and storytelling skills Collaborative mindset with the ability to
partner across creative, media, and client teams
